History

The U.S. Small Business Administration Employee Recreation Association began in 2015 and was incorporated in Washington, DC on Nov. 12, 2016. The association is organized in accordance with the District of Columbia Non-Profit Corporation Act. It’s organized exclusively as a local association of SBA employees for purposes permitted under IRS section 501 (c)(4) and was granted nonprofit status by the District of Columbia on Jan. 20, 2017.
